The WF 2074 has 12 units of SCA-- far, far above normal maintenance dose.
When changing coolant, units of SCA depends on the coolant. Many come with SCA in it, so the initial filter may be a blank. With others, you add SCA either as liquid and/or filter with high unit count of SCA.
And, of course with the OAT-based coolants you never add SCA.
Coolant chemistry is probably the most complex maintenance item on a diesel. That is why many go with the "maintenance free for 6 year" OAT-based coolants. Fleetguard has one, Caterpillar has one, etc.
