Thanks for everyones advice. The Yeti looks REALLY nice but for what one of those cost, I can buy ice the rest of my life! LOL :) I was hopeing for a more affordable cooler. I think I am going to try the Coleman Xtreme, more in my price range... Thanks again everyone..Roy
Sounds like a good move. I had that cooler and switched to Yeti's. Although the Yeti's are better, its not by that much and when you factor in the cost its hard to not get the Coleman Xtreme. What I really like about the Yeti is the quality build, it will last forever and compatible with dry ice. I also use their tie down points which allows you to get access to the cooler without having to undo any straps/ropes. I got one for my boat (tied to the sun deck) and ATV. We go to Lake Powell (100* temps) and when ice is $6 for a small wet bag the price of the Yeti becomes attractive. I also looked at the Engel unit above. Also spendy as heck but they do keep things cold and hardly use any electricity. Considering getting one of those for the RV/boat to compliment its small fridge as the low power use is great for boondocking.
