I believe you are asking about "How do you find a mobile lube" campgrounds in towns of any size usually have a "services board" or business cards at the office.
4 years ago, we tried to use Speedco in Baytown TX, the staff had no desire to do our service. That's how we ended up with RV Mobile Lube in Houston, while I was at the Medical Center for cancer treatment. Haven't tried Speedco again, maybe we should somewhere else.
