$400 to $500 is the going rate for a thorough pm and oil change. That is what we pay for our commercial vehicles at work.
Just make sure you use a reputable shop that actually does all that they say in writing.
You get what you pay for. I would never trust my investment to a quick lube chain type place to save a few bucks.
