Hi all. We have a MH with tires that are original. Manufactured in 2005 (the tires). We have taken it to get new tires now twice at the local truck/tire center and while I'm sure they would have loved...

Trish and Tom, this is what I've always been told by tire guys..... Letting tires sit is not good because the emollients in the tires never get heated to circulate through the rubber.
The only true way to inspect a tire is to remove it from the rim. Looking at the exterior of the tire is only 'half' the story. Looking at the condition of the inside of the tire is the most important.
I would buy new tires. It's not worth the risk of damage to the coach and components.
