We purchased a 2003 Country Coach Intrigue First Avenue from an individual in April 2005. We traded it in for a 2004 Foretravel U320 in December 2007. We wanted a bigger engine and more bells and whistles. Should have kept the Country Coach and pass on the Foretravel. Trading in the Country Coach was a huge and expensive mistake.
The Intrigue was more reliable and less of a headache then the Foretravel. We had more fun and enjoyment in the Country Coach than the Foretravel. We had one significant problem with the Intrigue in that we blew a hydraulic line. Numerous mechanical problems with the Foretravel in which it had to be towed twice.
I would not be concerned about buying a Country Coach. Pacific Northwest is Country Coach country. The only concern about a Country Coach would be an accident involving serious damage to either the front or rear cap.
Buy and enjoy your Country Coach.
