I can definitely vouch for the fact that Country Coach has the fiberglass molds. They replaced the right front cap after a careless tow driver ran the front into a parked truck at Caterpillar. Not sure if you can get that done on a Beaver. We had to get towed twice; once due to a hydraulic hose bursting, and a second time due to a corroded fuse to the ECM. We have about 163k miles on ours, and have no doubt it will last another 20 years with proper maintenance. The only reason we are looking to replace it is we want the features in the later Country Coaches.
I would recommend you do a search on the internet. RVT.com, RVTrader, Country Coach and Premier have several coaches and Country Coach have others that owners are looking to sell, so you should have a good selection. Good luck!
If the Beaver became a serious choice, all the OP would have to do is call Monaco to see if they have the molds available as they are still IN business.
Safe travels,
MM.
