There really is no need to cover these. My 190 RT has gone through two winters with no problem and the rear vent left just as they are. This way you can use your RT - or not. We have traveled in winter and the cold has not come into the cabin through the A/C. If this is a big concern, you could cut a piece of reflectix that will fit inside the A/C cover inside the van and cover the vent holes on the front of the A/C.
