No, by the time the bottle is reached, it is not hot enough to harm the plastic. Same for using the clear, reinforced hose to make an extension-- never seen one melted.

And, that is really the reason for the caution to never allow a drip loop/sag in a crankcase breather hose. In below freezing conditions, the water vapor (a normal combustion byproduct) and condense and then freeze, completely blocking crankcase vent.
