Creative ideas on ladder rack for Dodge Xplorer

I have a 1983 Dodge Xplorer 228 and its got a round roof. I don't think a typical ladder rack would mount on the roof, for one there is nothing to mount onto. But I wonder if I could modify an existin...

There are only pictures though, and I tried messaging him months ago but he never responded. But at least we know it can be done. Hes got hilt jacks or something tying two of the racks together for some reason. Let me know what you think.
