Many campgrounds have a "Hold harmless" as part of the rental agreement.
That said, perhaps 25-30 years ago a campground I frequented suffereed electrical failure (their second major failure as it turns out) while I was there.
The first failure was when the main transformer (Power company property) fried, The Power company put in a smaller "Temporary" transformer and never replaced it with the proper size one.
Second failure was when one of the underground feeders from the meter panel to the park, distribution panel fried, These were heavy gauge aluminum triplets, (Each let was 3 cables around 1" in diamater) The park manager replaced all 3,, With Copper... Copper offers less resistance than Aluminum so the current (And voltage in the park) went up just a bit..... JUST ENOUGH THAT.
The third major failure was when the "Temporary" transformer decided it had been there long enough and smoked.
now the meter panel was wired

The Power company installer wired the transformer to the panel

As you can see, this means half the park was getting double the voltage it should.
The power company also has a "hold harmless" written into their contract (Something about "Normal variations in voltage"... They (The power company) replaced several coolers in the park store, Many televisions, microwaves, converters, and so on and so forth throughout the park.
