We came through last June at the Blaine crossing (both ways) Going into BC was not that difficult and the wait was only about 30 min. The actual inspection port was very narrow with concrete barriers on both sides that had a LOT of different colors of paint on them. We made it through with about a 1/2 foot on each side.
Coming back to the US, the wait was about an hour, but the lanes were plenty wide for us. Once through the inspection point, they had those portable concrete barriers blocking a direct route back to the I-5 and while a car could make the tight turns, there was no way I could. I was directed over to where the big trucks come out of their inspection area and I still had to make a very tight 90 degree turn to get out. There was no way that I could make the turn without my duals/tag and toad going over the curb. Eased all tires over the curb and finally got out on the freeway.
They really need to allow large rv's to go through the truck lanes instead of the auto lanes.
The US inspector was curt, but courteous and did not require any inside inspection.
