The known problem exists in Safari, HR, and Monaco models on the WH chassis during the 2003-2004 production years. I'm guessing that all of the brands under Monaco shared certain engineering, as well as some other material items. If you compare the different coaches, you will see a lot of similarities that extends beyond some having identical floor plans.
In any case, all the OP has to do is look under the front end and see if any welds are broken or steel cracked. It will cost him nothing to look. It is a problem that I personally am familiar with and was just trying to offer a suggestion to the OP.
