Yes, they can be replaced but it is an extremely labor intensive job. You have to access the inside storage bay areas where the frame rail runs thru. You then have to dig out the sealant they used at different access points thru the frame C channel and make access holes to run the new hoses. This is the same thing that would have to be done if one of the Dash AC hoses needed replaced. Either they have people that are not trained to do the job or they do NOT want to do the job. I would estimate that it would take up to 10 hours to do the job correctly. Doug
