There is nothing that says that the replacement hoses have to run exactly like the old hoses. If you can get to both ends of the old hose, just disconnect the ends and run the new hoses below or next to the frame rails. They make padded hose clamps that could be used. I would replace the old rubber hose with the newer silicone heater hose that will last for the life of your coach.
