One click first, I assume this is the solenoid, then a series of clicks. very similar to what any engine might do if a battery was dead. Maybe it's a voltage drop, so far I am only going by the led readout on the panel which shows full batts.
I did start the engine and let it run for a while and while it was running tried to start the gen. Thinking if I had the charging system running then surely I would have enough to start the gen. Almost like a jump start. Still same issue.
I am taking it to my RV shop here locally in the AM. They seemed to think it sounded like the gen starter but it could be the batts. They are 3 years old and recently lost a lot of charge because I forgot to shut them off for a week or so while sitting in the drive. They were pretty dead when I realized.
