Yes. I have also held the start until I get a crank error - which is odd because it never actually cranks.
It's in the shop. my suspicion is it's the batts and too low voltage to allow the starter to recognize enough spark. The batts are 3 years old and I mistakenly let them discharge. I have re charged but that doesn't mean they will ever fully recover. The shop said it could also be an interior breaker, voltage or a number of things that can be fixed quickly and easily.
