Is the trailer custom built from the ground up, or did he modify an existing trailer? Looks very nice. I was going to have a trailer built to carry two quads. I wanted to be able to carry them end to end so I could drive them both up and down a ramp at the back, and I wanted a narrow trailer that was just wide enough for the Quads because I wanted to be able to take it off road. And I only wanted one axle on it. A had an estimate of $1800 to build which I thought was a really good deal. It would have been no where near as heavy duty as yours and didn't have the fancy lifting mechanism. I still may have it build, but I wonder if I could find somebody like you found to make it. My estimate was through a local trailer dealer who buys from a manufacturer in Fresno. They were going to make the custom size trailer for me.
Custom from ground up, I wanted heavy duty axels with internal grease fitting to not have to repack bearings the old way, wanting the size just big enough for Jeep and small boat but not to big and heavy, also wanted trailer narrower than motorhome so ease of turns and in and out of gas stations.
Plus the deck is composite decking, not wood, no splinters, no rot, no warping, forever deck.
Oh yea and all LED lights on trailer.
