Nice trailer setup. The heavy duty axels are well worth the extra money.
Only concern I see is the drop hitch bottoming out on steep driveway approaches and such. Being you got a great fabricator look at modifying the hitch of the trailer so it is higher and the you can use a basic drop hitch with only a inch or two of drop.
It also seems to me that towing a jeep on a trailer is easier on the rv than flat towing it. Probably due to the less aggressive tire and no driveline load. It's my preferred method unless I am in tight camping conditions that require the trailer to be removed.
One last thing, get a tpms for your trailer. I have had a couple blowouts and the tpms saved my hide.
