Fresh water tank has water?
Do you fill fresh water tank via gravity fill port OR do you fill via a 'water panel' in compartment?
Water in tank.....
IF you have the water panel.......check that valving is not lined up to fill.
If it is pump will just round-robin water from tank back thru valve to tank
The other things to check are cracked fittings on suction side of pump, the bowl with filter on suction side and suction line.....any leaks/cracks will just draw air into pump.
