IF you have the water panel.......check that valving is not lined up to fill. N/A
If it is pump will just round-robin water from tank back thru valve to tank I'm not sure what you mean

The other things to check are cracked fittings on suction side of pump, the bowl with filter on suction side and suction line.....any leaks/cracks will just draw air into pump.

I checked for water in the compartment where the pump is located. No water. I also cleaned the filter for the water pump.

Thanks for the suggestions. I cant help but feel there is a shut off somewhere for the pump. It pumps air through the lines but not water. I just cant find it. When hooked up to my hose (city water) everything works as it should.
