I guess all that you have to do is contact your insurance agent. The article says that some companies offer a discount but the article pertains mainly to the UK. I would guess that as they become more numerous, and are tested in court, that the insurance companies will start to encourage their use.
Right now they only have the black boxes on the automobiles to use to determine what was happening to a vehicle before an accident. These are not on RV's and they do not give any information about what the other driver was doing leading up to an accident.
