There is a fuse for the Heater blower and A/C .. NOW.. it may not be a fuse.
On my Workhorse custom chassis there is a terminal for the heater on what is called the IP block... And a matching fuse on the small fuse block under the dash.. .But the Heater was hooked instead to AUX-1 terminal (I was not happy tracking it down) and the circuit breaker for that terminal (Same fuse block) failed.
Other RV's it can be the main chassis block or the accessory block or two.. Wish I could be more specific. Heater is a chassis item, but NOT installed by the chassis manufacturer.. THey just leave a terminal.
OH, another issue I had with my blower... Blasted ground wire came off (Negative or chassis ground) don't run that way.
