Dash Temperature Control: Hot or Cold, no inbetween

Hi, Now that it's a bit chillier, I've noticed the temperature control knob on my dash is almost either full-on hot or full-on cold. There's a few degrees where I can adjust it between the two, but...

Your 2011 Itasca has an Evans Tempcon system according to the parts manual.

Should look something like this:

#3 is the blend door.

As to whats wrong, I don't know. A google search for Evans Tempcon ought to find something though.
