Dash Temperature Control: Hot or Cold, no inbetween

Any suggestions on what might be wrong? I'm fairly handy and willing to fix things, but I don't know where to start when it comes to the dash climate control system.

I have a 2011 Winnebago Itaska 32K which has a Ford chassis.
