Day/night Shades Cleaning
Am considering removing and gently hand-washing our day/night shades. Anyone been successful in this attempt? Not sure how shade material will tolerate mild soap and water.

We put ours in the shower and sprayed them - both sides - with Scrubbing Bubbles. After letting them soak for a while we sprayed them with the shower wand. It was amazing how much brown water rinsed out. We put them on a picnic table in a semi-closed position and let them dry overnight. They looked much better and the pleats were still there.
