On older Monaco's the most obvious fault for this OP's problem will be the failure of the Disconnect SOLENOID. This solenoid controls all DC power to his unit. Even from The Inverter/Charger. Remember, Inverter/Chargers ONLY supply power to the Coach battery bank. Nothing else. IF the Battery bank power cannot flow THRU the Disconnect solenoid, you will have NO 12 volt power in the RV. 1996, model, I am not sure that older year had the disconnect relay on the Power Board that has most of the Chassis/Coach fuses. It is usually located in the LF of the Motorhome in front of the LF tire in the first storage compartment. The solenoid will be ON that large board with all the various fuses. Dynasty is different from above, at least in 2001(that's as far back as REV group goes in on line manual). Click this link and look at page 230, which will show the solenoid in the rear of the RV. The solenoid is the LARGE solenoid in the center of the pic with the large battery cables attached. Doug
