DC power failure

I have a 1996 Monaco Dynasty. I was plugged into shore power at a camp site and on the 3rd day the DC stopped working. The fridge, AC and internal lights stopped working. I disconnected from the shore power and ran the generator and the DC was still not working. I checked the voltage with a multimeter on the 12 volt batteries and they read 12.87 before starting the generator and again after the generator was on.Can someone please tell me my next step to diagnose and fix the problem?
Thank you in advance.
  • As Gary says; look for the salesman's switch by the door. That fixes probably 90% of no DC problems. Fridg, air conditioner etc all require 12 volts dc to work the controls.
  • I suspect you have a switch by the door that disconnects the battery during storage that has been set to storage position.
