De-winterizing timing

I live in Northern Utah and the weather is quite up and down this time of year. My dilemma is that I will be de-winterizing my C class
to take a 4 day trip to Las Vegas. If weather lows drop slightly below 32 degrees for a day here and there in the next few weeks, do I need to winterize the water lines to be safe?
