A big factor is how you use our coach and how complex your coach is. For those who only vacation in the coach it may not be as good a deal. However, for those who full time it is a much better deal.
It is insurance, as all types of insurance, you buy it hoping to not need it but when you do you are very glad you have it.
There are also people who say to self insure for health insurance. What a crazy idea.
You pay one deductible for as many things that need to be fixed. Unless it is a critical issue I just save things up and have them fixed at once.
Just recently I had two MCD electric shades break. At a coat of $500 per shade I was very happy to have the insurance. While I was having the shade replaced I also had them replace a check valve for my fresh water fill hose,plus a few other things.
In order to get the best value out of the warranty it takes a strategy but well worth it.
