Obviously they were going to try to do a quick repair without you even knowing. If they were being legitimate they would have called you right away. I would call my insurance agent and get them out there. After your agent does up an estimate with parts needed I would ask the dealer to see invoices for all parts ordered and installed in your coach. If they even flinch when requesting that I would find another RV repair facility to do the work and let them pay for it.
Now that I think about it I would probably take it elsewhere to get it fixed just so I know they are not short cutting to save dollars on their end.
