Dealership service challenges if buying coach elsewhere???

We bought our rig used, and since have never taken it to a dealership of any kind for service. Obviously, warranty wasn't an issue. We seek out and find independent shops who can do the work. As far as chassis work, we find Ford dealers who work on light trucks do good work. For the rest of it, we first try to find mobile shops that come to us, and when that's not practical, those with a sticks-n-bricks place. And if the owner or whoever greets us doesn't have dirty fingernails, we knock off a few points. :)
