Decals fraying or chipping at edges

We have a 2011 colbalt trail TT ( built by monaco). We bought it new in june 2012. The decals started coming off 6 months after we bought it. They are chipping almost fraying from the top.
This was a warranty issue. The dealer called Monaco and we sent pics. Monaco approved the work to be done. We are now "still" waiting for the dealer to get arrangements made for them all replaced. I talked to Monaco a month ago and they said all approval had been authorized, we need to get on the dealers back.
We are almost thinking now that they should be put on next spring. We are still waiting to hear from the dealer.
