Deposit on MH purchase?
What is "average or normal " deposit when purchasing a new MH? Are most deposits refundable ? I realize they will vary from dealer to dealer.

When we asked the dealer to bring the MH in discussion to the lot closest to our home we were asked for and gave a $1000 deposit, on our credit card, and the agreement said 100% refundable.
