Deposit on MH purchase?
What is "average or normal " deposit when purchasing a new MH? Are most deposits refundable ? I realize they will vary from dealer to dealer.

What's the purpose of a deposit if it's going to be 100% refundable for any and all reasons - why should the dealer bother asking for one?
