1. Intellitec Bi directional relay controllers do NOT fail very often. Most I have replaced was due to moisture/corrosion. Rarely do they just "fail".
2. I would suspect your chassis Alternator/Regulator is not up to full operation and is failing when you have the load of the Inverter in transit
3. The Bi relay is a very LOW amp device. It just sends a 12 volt signal to the Big Boy solenoid to combine both battery banks to charge when it sees the 12 volt ignition wire/spade terminal get 12 volts
4. On Shore Power, IF the dc voltage goes OVER 13.1 volts and stays over, it will close that Big Boy to charge the CHASSIS battery bank. Conversly, if it sees OVER 13.1 from the chassis side it closes the Big Boy to charge the COACH batteries in transit.
5. How Many Bi relay's have you replaced? Other than corrosion, the other culprit would be HI dc amps inputed to the Bi relay box. Any Amps over 5 amps may destroy the Bi Relay box.
6. Here is a link for the Intellitec if you do not have the info.
7. Also, your batteries (or just 1 or 2) may be bad and causing the charging problem. I would have all 4 Coach batteries tested. If 1 is bad, replace all 4. Doug

Do you read others posts?
If you are upset because I listed info that "may" have been in other posts, I will make note and will not post help for you in the future. I try to include all pertinent info so you do NOT have to go thru all the previous posts for info on your problem. If you are relating to your post about Culprit Found, IF you notice the timeline, I was posting at the same time you were posting that post. Regardless , if you don't appreciate my time and posts, I will not respond to you in the future. Doug
