Tiffin seemed to make a lot of coaches with the TV in the living space.

We had two recliners w/ottomans across from the sofa on our previous coach (7.5 yrs.) and decided that we didn't want so much 'moveable' furniture. So, we chose two sofa's opposing each other with two ottomans. Both sofas will automatically open making two nice beds (for watching TV). Our TV is at the front at the windshield which is where we like it (55 inch flat screen).

Our previous coach had a dining table and two separate chairs (also two folding chairs) and a legless table. Again, we didn't want 'loose' furniture so we selected a 'J-booth' for a dinette on the new one... we love it.

It seems like the later model coaches have the floor plan that you are talking about.

Any interior remodel can be done easily. Look for DPs with two opposing slides and have it customized to fit your fancy. I doubt you'll find any that come from the factory equipped like you want it...most people, myself included want a sofa in the living room. Mine has a recliner and a desk as well as the sofa...Dennis

Newmar also has two recliners available as a standard option. Across from the chairs will be a standard 46" TV on a lift. They can likely build a "desk" as part of that side as they are willing to do most any mod. This is of course with a new unit finding a used one set up this way will be rare.

I've seen this floorplan with Newmar...you ought to check out the Newmar coaches...and if worse comes worse, Newmar will build anything you want custom.One of the 43 footers has this floorplan.

Talk to these guys. They'll build it pretty much any way you want for a price.

As has been said, if find a coach you like seriously consider just having the interior modified to you tastes. This approach allows you a greater selection than focusing on the one "must have".

This is very common and a part of making any coach "your own".

One more option would be to look for a Coach with a mid station TV and just use the two front seats, works for us.
