I have not seen anything 'official' about towing or not on the Subaru, but have spoken with two dealerships service personnel and have gotten a thumbs down. I personally cannot remember seeing one as a toad, but that doesn't mean much as I haven't been considering it an option until just recently since we're thinking of selling the TT and buying a Class A. If there are folks doing it I'd certainly like to hear from them.
so you have gotten a "NO" at two dealerships but you still are grasping for somebody here to say, "yes, I have towed my Subaru for 50,000 miles last year and had no problems?" have you looked in the owner's manual for any official statement?
