Hmmm! We have probably the heaviest gas motor home that has ever been manufactured and don't seem to have any problem climbing any grades even pulling our pt. :h As far as comfort, we have NO problem. As far as quiet, again no problem. I don't really know what Newmar did to insulate the dog house area or how they engineered it but it's quiet and the maybe 5% of a trip that the engine is revving you can't live with that???? Anyway our gas coach works great for us and when we're parked I don't know of any amenities that we don't have as compared to a DP.
