FWIW, I owned a 96 GB Cruise Master for about 5 years, lived in it for 5-6 months each year, and put well over 36K during that time.
The reason I'm betting you got a 96 F53, 460, 16 inch tires with a house build of 97 is because of the low miles on that rig. That coach you could never drive with one hand even with the camber fix.
An old member (and all around good guy Kirk) who FT'ed in his had one of the first Cruise Masters with a V10. That was a 1998. He helped me with many of the issues I had with my Cruise Master in the beginning.
