In the real long B+ thread, there are a couple of posters who converted their dinettes into something else. And the dinettes did have water tank and electrical box in them.
If you want to spend some time looking, do it this way. Go to the following link, which will bring the thread up in print form. Then use Ctrl-F (Cmd-F on a Mac) to search the thread. There really is no better way.

I don't know if I have the username right for Gary Swanson but that's his real name. Gary made it into a U-shaped dinette, and Cheeze1 made his into a bed.
