Expense is a toss up after the first year. Which is best? Your going to get dozens of answers to that one. Do you like sports? Direct has better sports packages. Dish customer service is suppose to be a bit better. We have only had Direct and up until their being bought out by ATT I would have said I liked Direct better. Best advise I canmoffer is to check out what is offered by each, pick the one you feel will offer what you want and go.
