The easiest way would be I-75 - Turnpike - 429 - Western Way to Disney. We would generally take the Turnpike - 27 - south to 192 then to World Drive to get the experience of coming in on World Drive with all the Disney characters. Also more chances of stocking up with supplies before arriving.
I believe the turnpike toll from 75 to 27 was about $4-$5 (4axles/MH plus toad), so I would just guess that it would be less than $20 to 429.
Don't even think about 75 to I-4, too far out of the way, even 429 to I4 is going past Disney.
