do all black wires go to ground?

on a 06 dodge sprinter chassis 3500 series o7 leisure travel van coach ,serenity freedom II MB engine. a service guy changed the battery, now I found a two wire combo black on one spade hanging loose no idea where it goes. everything seems to work.

    I would stop back by and ask that service guy.....where? and why isn't it connected?

    Let 'them' screw it up.....

    No, not necessarily. You need to confirm before attaching to either pos or neg.
    Any witness marks on battery clamps?
