Do Class A drivers need instructions before driving

I have witnessed many scary things while traveling and talked to so many A drivers that didn't have a clue of any mechanical systems.....or anything about anything except how to unlock the door. ...

I believe we have enough laws, already. There is no, zero, zip nada evidence to support the need for more regulation for RV's. This is motivated by those who need to feel elitist. Those who need another endorsement "honorific". Those who think that RVing is too much fun and need to steal the joy of others.

Besides, RV's aren't all that big nor are air brakes a big deal to operate.
