Do Class A drivers need instructions before driving

I have witnessed many scary things while traveling and talked to so many A drivers that didn't have a clue of any mechanical systems.....or anything about anything except how to unlock the door. ...

If they are not exceeding the speed limit OR not under the Minimum Speed, they are good to go. I drive to work at 60 in a 65. I am not exceeding the limit, and I don't care who goes by me at 75. You don't pay my fuel bill.
