By the way, have you tried to renew your standard DL lately. Taking all day long (8 hrs.), most of it in the waiting room is not un-common. Now you have to bring in every piece of proof you have ( ssi card, birth cert., voters card, etc.)unless you are a illegal alien then you go to the head of the line. So maybe you could be required to bring proof of paying taxes on the MH so the Inspector could see that you payed the proper amount. There are fewer MH drivers out there than drunk drivers. Why don't you concentrate your efforts to something that makes sense? :h
