There goes the old fuel costs excuse for being sacred to death to drive your rig in traffic. I said I have seen white knuckle(White knuckle definition) drivers planted in the right lane. If you are a white knuckle driver, your speed is irrelevant and you need more training to be safe behind the wheel.
I just don't care when people bash others for not breaking the law and exceed the speed limit. As long as they are between the minimum and maximum, for the conditions, they are good.
