Do Class A drivers need instructions before driving

I have witnessed many scary things while traveling and talked to so many A drivers that didn't have a clue of any mechanical systems.....or anything about anything except how to unlock the door. ...

I'm still trying to figure out how he can see into other peoples vehicles to see if the drivers knuckles are white or even how the guy is holding the steering wheel? :H

Keep you eyes on the road instead of trying to see how someone else is driving.
