Do Class A drivers need instructions before driving

I have witnessed many scary things while traveling and talked to so many A drivers that didn't have a clue of any mechanical systems.....or anything about anything except how to unlock the door. ...

There are driving classes available for those who choose to take them...but that is the key word...choose...the last thing we need are yet more laws and regulations!

It seems that some people just won't be happy until every part of life has some law governing it...and, there is no way to pass enough laws to guarantee safety......
